Eastmark sits in south-east Mesa near the Loop 202 and has grown from empty ground into one of the largest master-planned communities in Arizona in little more than a decade. The Great Park anchors it, the villages have their own centres, and almost every house is new.
That shapes the events. These are first anniversaries in a first house, graduations, milestone birthdays, and the community and neighbourhood gatherings a young master plan generates constantly. Big guest lists, modest budgets, and a real desire for it to feel like more than a barbecue.
New construction is easy to cater in one way and hard in another: the yards are usable and the streets are wide, but back yards here are smaller than the older parts of Mesa and the layout has to be planned tightly.

Plan the footprint before the guest list
Newer yards are smaller than they photograph. We measure the usable area first and design a compact service layout, so a hundred guests do not end up standing in a queue along a fence.
Community spaces and their terms
Eastmark's community buildings and park spaces come with booking terms, kitchen access rules and end times. Confirm them in writing before rentals are booked and send them to us.
Power where the view is
The best spot on a property is almost never near an outlet. We bring quiet generators, our own cook line and event lighting, so an outdoor setting works as well as a kitchen.
Association rules and end times
Amplified sound, tents and finish times are set by your association or venue, not by us. We confirm the limits before we build the service timeline, so the last course does not land after the music has to stop.
